Variations

One of the earliest pictures I took after I bought my Nikon. This was around 7 a.m. on the parade route on July 4th. This little kid loved that I was taking pictures, and he insisted that he be in a few. You can see his parents in the background, making sure I'm not about to run away with him.

It's profound in a way, seeing how these huge animals react to people. The horse, Athena, was wild once.

Two Pictures

A girl takes a break from riding at Wind Horse Relations, to visit with one of the dogs.

A (painted? box? snapper?) turtle, trying to decide if he likes my camera or his dinner more.
